TOUGH CONVERSATIONS GET EASIER

When you've shared a hard mile with someone, the difficult conversation back at the office doesn't feel so difficult. The trail removes rank, strips pretense, and builds the kind of trust that makes honest dialogue possible. Your team will say things on the mountain they couldn't say in a boardroom.

REAL BONDING, NOT ICEBREAKERS

High-performing companies spend 44% of offsite time on culture-building and social connection. We take that further: a shared physical challenge creates bonds that no dinner, no workshop, and no escape room can replicate. The people who suffer together, stay together.

KNOW WHO'S IN YOUR FOXHOLE

Eight miles reveals character. How your people handle discomfort, how they support each other, who steps up when the terrain gets steep. You'll learn more about your team in one day here than in a year of one-on-ones.

AN OFFSITE WORTH REMEMBERING

Wellness activity participation at high-performing companies runs nearly double that of underperformers. Your team doesn't need another forgettable resort weekend. They need something that reshapes how they see each other and what they believe they're capable of.

Statistics: Emburse, The State of Corporate Offsites 2025

Most offsites complicate everything.
Who wants to be stuck with coworkers?
This experience is guaranteed to be different.

Many offsites welcome you to more powerpoints. We welcome you to the mountain.

How does your organization handle tough conversations?
The answer is written somewhere on the Devil's Path. You just haven't found it yet.

Hiking the Devil's Path, Catskill Mountains
Devil's Path · Catskill Mountains, NY

THE MOST
IMPACTFUL DAY
OF THE YEAR

We are a premium service offering what will be the most impactful trip your company takes this year. Not a ropes course. Not a team lunch. Something that actually tests what your team is made of, and brings them closer because of it.

What is culture?

Culture is not an aspect that can be built. It lives in the microactions of everyone: the choice to show up, to push through, to hold the line when it gets hard. Choosing to do hard things together strengthens the pack. One day on the mountain reveals more about your team than months in a conference room ever will.

How does your org handle tough conversations?

The answer becomes clear when the trail gets steep and the summit feels far away. We create the conditions. Your team does the rest.

Celebrating a promotion? A milestone? A new chapter?
Mark it the way it deserves to be marked. Not with a dinner reservation. With a day that tests and transforms. The people you want in your foxhole earn it together.

THIS IS NOT
A ROPES COURSE

Eight miles through some of the most demanding terrain in the Northeast. Every step is earned. Every summit changes something.

Book a Call
What fitness level is required? +

Participants should be able to complete a moderately strenuous 8-mile hike. We recommend regular cardiovascular activity in the weeks leading up to your offsite. No prior hiking experience is necessary. Our guides set the pace and no one gets left behind.

What's included in the experience? +

A fully guided 8-mile hike on the Devil's Path, all trail snacks and lunch, a private debrief dinner with facilitated presentations, and the full expertise of our elite guide team. We handle all the logistics. Just show up ready.

How large are the groups? +

We cap each offsite at 15 participants to ensure a high-quality, intimate experience. The minimum group size is 6. This keeps the experience premium and ensures our guide team can support every single person on trail.

Where do we meet? +

The Devil's Path, Catskill Mountains, New York. Exact meeting coordinates, logistics, and arrival instructions are provided upon booking. We handle all the planning. Just show up.

What if someone struggles on trail? +

Our guides are trained to support every participant. The experience is challenging by design, but our team ensures everyone crosses the finish line. Nobody does this alone. That's the point.

How far in advance should we book? +

We recommend booking 6–8 weeks in advance. Peak season runs May through October and dates fill quickly. Multi-day retreats require additional lead time, so reach out early.

Is this only a full-day experience? +

The standard format is a full day: guided hike plus debrief dinner. Multi-day retreats are available for teams seeking a deeper, more sustained experience. Contact us to discuss what's right for your team.

What's the investment? +

$1,500–$2,500 per person, depending on group size, date, and format. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your team's specific needs.

Can this be used to celebrate a promotion or milestone? +

Absolutely, and it's one of the most powerful ways to do it. A promotion earns a seat at the table. This earns the respect of the people around it. We regularly design offsites around milestones, leadership transitions, and team-defining moments.
